How do you like your coffee?
I bet most of you are thinking white with one or a nice big fluffy cappuccino! Have you ever considered not having milk in your morning coffee?
Cows milk can cause a number of intolerances in, I'm going to say, unlucky people, me being one of them. Most symptoms aren't exactly obvious intolerances and you may not have realised could be caused by something as common as milk. What if milk isn't for you? Maybe its the cause of your bloating, stomach pain or itchy skin? You'll never know unless you cut it out of your diet. Why not start with your coffee! Black coffee is packed with health benefits. I challenge you to cut milk out of ONE coffee a day, or if one is your daily limit, try to have one black coffee a week and let us know how you feel.

Don't drink coffee? Try green tea, it has much the same health benefits as a black coffee and is still caffeinated.
